These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Digital Coach Model website, free masterclass registration, and any optional paid products offered by Siddharth Rajsekar Learning Academy LLP ("Company", "we", "us", or "our").

By registering for the webinar, using the site, or making a purchase, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the site or register.

1. Educational purpose

  • The Digital Coach Model masterclass and all related content are provided for educational and informational purposes only. We teach business frameworks, strategies, and tools.
  • We do not guarantee any specific income, revenue, business growth, or results. Your results depend on your market, offer, effort, skills, consistency, and many other factors beyond our control.
  • Any income figures, case studies, or testimonials shown are illustrative and not a promise that you will achieve similar outcomes.

2. Registration and attendance

  • Registration for the live masterclass is free and subject to availability. We reserve the right to limit capacity or close registration at any time.
  • After registering, you will receive joining instructions by email. It is your responsibility to attend the session on time.
  • Replay access is not guaranteed. The best experience is live.
  • You must provide accurate contact information. We are not responsible for missed communications caused by incorrect email addresses, spam filters, or unavailable WhatsApp numbers.

3. Optional Freedom Launch Kit upgrade

  • During and after registration, you may be offered the Freedom Launch Kit as a one-time upgrade. This offer is optional and shown for a limited time only.
  • Pricing, inclusions, and offer terms are displayed at the time of purchase. All prices are inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.
  • Access to the upgrade is delivered digitally after payment confirmation.

4. Refund policy

  • The Freedom Launch Kit comes with a 7-day money-back guarantee. If you are not satisfied, contact us within 7 days of purchase for a full refund.
  • Refunds are processed through the original payment method and may take several business days to appear, depending on your bank or payment provider.
  • To request a refund, email support@internetlifestylehub.com with your purchase details.

5. Intellectual property

  • All content on the site and inside the masterclass — including videos, worksheets, slide decks, prompts, frameworks, written materials, and branding — is owned by or licensed to the Company.
  • You may access the content for your personal, non-commercial use. You may not reproduce, distribute, sell, rent, sublicense, or create derivative works from our materials without written permission.
  • You may not record, screenshot, or redistribute live sessions or recorded content.

6. User conduct

  • You agree not to use the site or webinar for any unlawful purpose, to harass others, to share harmful links, or to disrupt the session.
  • We reserve the right to remove disruptive participants and terminate access without refund where applicable.

7. Disclaimer of warranties

  • The site and all content are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied.
  • We do not warrant that the site will be uninterrupted, error-free, secure, or free of viruses or harmful components.

8. Limitation of liability

  • To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Company and its team shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of the site, masterclass, or products.
  • Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid to us in the 12 months preceding the claim, or ₹1,000 if no payment was made.

9. Indemnification

  • You agree to indemnify and hold harmless the Company, its directors, employees, and affiliates from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of the site, violation of these Terms, or infringement of any third-party rights.

10. Governing law and disputes

  • These Terms are governed by the laws of India.
  • Any dispute shall first be attempted to be resolved amicably. If unresolved, disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Chennai, Tamil Nadu, India.

11. Changes to these Terms

  • We may update these Terms from time to time. The updated Terms will be posted on this page with the revised date. Continued use of the site after changes constitutes acceptance.
